Headteacher Welcome
I am extremely proud to be Headteacher of Merrydale Infant School. We are a nurturing, vibrant city school that caters for children from nursery (age 3) through to Year 2 (age 7). Guided by our vision “One School, Many Strengths”, we prioritise children’s wellbeing and the development of early language and communication so that every pupil can access the curriculum and flourish.
Our school celebrates the many cultures of our pupils and families. We have strong links with parents and carers and work alongside them to support both their child’s learning needs.
