PE
This term PE will take the form of HIIT training!
This means we will be working hard to become fit and healthy by repeating
lots of different moves.
If you are not sure what HIIT training is then do take a click here for some examples
Our PE day is Tuesday!
Make sure you come to school dressed in your PE kit on this day every week.
PE kit
- Joggers or tracksuit bottoms
- A t-shirt or polo shirt
- School jumper
- A pair of trainers (not plimsols)
- No jewellery of any kind should be worn on a PE day for safety reasons.
- A coat should be worn in cool and wet weather.
