Punctuality  

Please make sure your children arrive punctually for school. Good attendance and punctuality are key ingredients to good progress at school.  Similarly, at the end of the school day please make sure you collect your child on time, we now have procedures in place to charge parents for late collections.  The school cannot grant leaves of absence during term time for holidays. Please make sure you liaise with the head teacher if you are taking your child out of school. A leave of absence is only granted in very exceptional circumstances and not informing the school can lead to expensive penalty notices.  If your child is away we now require written confirmation for the absence, we can’t just accept a phone call.

કૃપા કરીને ખાતરી કરો કે તમારા બાળકો શાળા માટે નિયમિત આવે છે. શાળામાં સારી પ્રગતિ માટે સારી હાજરી અને સમયનો નિયમ છે. તે જ રીતે, શાળાના દિવસના અંતે, કૃપા કરીને ખાતરી કરો કે તમે સમયસર તમારા બાળકને એકત્રિત કરો છો, હવે અમારી પાસે મોડેથી સંગ્રહ માટે માતાપિતા પાસેથી શુલ્ક લેવાની કાર્યવાહી છે. શાળા રજાઓ માટેના સમયગાળા દરમિયાન ગેરહાજરીના પાન આપી શકતી નથી. મહેરબાની કરીને ખાતરી કરો કે જો તમે તમારા બાળકને શાળાની બહાર લઈ જતા હોવ તો મુખ્ય શિક્ષક સાથે જોડાણ કરો. ગેરહાજરીની રજા ફક્ત ખૂબ જ અસાધારણ સંજોગોમાં આપવામાં આવે છે અને શાળાને જાણ ન કરવાથી ખર્ચાળ દંડની સૂચનાઓ થઈ શકે છે. જો તમારું બાળક દૂર છે, તો અમને હવે ગેરહાજરી માટે લેખિત પુષ્ટિની જરૂર છે, અમે ફક્ત ફોન ક acceptલ સ્વીકારી શકતા નથી.
